3) Watching awful videos on MTV
Back in the good old days when MTV actually showed ‘music television’ there was a lot of great music videos… as well as a lot of duds. It’s fair to sat that we sat through it all; the good, the bad and the really, really bad. After the network was first launched in 1981, we watched the Starship video of ‘We Built This City’ several times over and over until it basically turned our poor brains into mush.
