Buffalo Memorial Auditorium
The primary team that occupied the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium which was commonly dubbed ‘The Aud’ were the Buffalo Sabres. They made this concrete relic their home from 1970-1996 and the venue was seen to be very similar to other areas built around the same time meaning that the fans were closer to the action and the noise levels were often seen as being insufferable.
